Healing Sound Bath meditation event 2nd Sundays from 10am-11:30am. Come ready to lay back and soak up the healing vibrations of the gong and crystal singing bowls with an intention to open the heart space, sink in, and receive.

This is an in-person, masked event and indoors in a healthcare facility. Facility COVID protocols will be in place. Those who are currently symptomatic or who have recent exposures to COVID are not allowed in attendance.
